On Thursday, January 30, Tom Colicchio is reviving a bygone, dining tradition and hosting a one-night only Beefsteak banquet in the Craft New York dining room.<\/p>\n
The menu, a no-frills celebration of his favorite cuts and beef-friendly accoutrements, will be served in three, communal courses, to our room of apron-clad guests, alongside free-flowing bourbon from King’s County Distillery<\/a>, local brews from Transmitter Brewing<\/a>, craft spirits from Suntory Global<\/a> + select California wine features.
