Cookbook Release & Four-Course Wine Dinner with Sarah Grueneberg and Chris Shepherd

Brennan’s of Houston’s Home & Away series celebrating their 55th anniversary continues as they welcome two very special chefs back to the Brennan’s kitchen for a four-course wine dinner on Tues., Nov. 29, and Wed., Nov. 30.

Esteemed culinary alumni and cookbook authors Chef Sarah Grueneberg of Monteverde in Chicago (2017 James Beard Award for Best Chef: Great Lakes) and our very own Chef Chris Shepherd (2014 James Beard Award for Best Chef: Southwest) are joining their long-time friends and mentors, Chef Carl Walker and Chef Jose Arevalo, for two nights in celebration of the release of Chef Sarah’s new cookbook, Listen to Your Vegetables.

The event will feature a delicious four-course dinner with wines paired by Chef Chris Shepherd and Brennan’s Wine Guy Rich Carter, plus cooking tips from each chef, and a signed copy of Chef Sarah’s new cookbook.
