Chef Shawn Gawle is the force behind Camaraderie\, the less-than-one-year-old restaurant rising in acclaim for its refined yet approachable execution. Together\, Bille and Gawle will showcase Mediterranean flavors through a family-style format that reflects their shared values: generosity at the table\, reverence for tradition\, and a commitment to ensuring the hospitality industry is meaningful and memorable for all. \nProceeds will benefit Southern Smoke Foundation\, which provides emergency relief and mental health support to food and beverage workers nationwide. \nTickets are $125 per person with the option to add wine pairings for $50\, all exclusive of tax and gratuity. They are transferable but non-refundable.
