Nathalie Hamaker

Assistant Director of Case Management

A career food and beverage worker who picked up hours with Southern Smoke Foundation during the Covid-19 pandemic, Nathalie is now an integral part of the organization’s mission, using her experience and skills to serve individuals nationwide.

Over 30 years, Nathalie worked in hotels, restaurants, and bars throughout The Netherlands, El Salvador, Mexico, Honduras, Canada, and America. She earned her degree from The Hotelschool in The Hague, The Netherlands.

After picking up a contract position with Southern Smoke to earn money during the Covid-19 pandemic, Nathalie became a full-time case manager and left everyday food and beverage work. She now serves as assistant director of case management and is also responsible for Spanish-language translation for Southern Smoke.
