Six years later, she&#8217;s published her first cookbook, opened a stand-alone restaurant, and was nominated for a James Beard Award. Elizondo has represented her brand, Cochinita &amp; co. in California, New York, Austin, Miami and Colorado. Chef Victoria is a true inspiration for many dreamers like her.
