A 2024 CultureMap Tastemaker Awards Pastry Chef of the Year nominee, she helped Josephine\u2019s earn a top-five ranking on <em>\u300a\u5fb7\u5dde\u6708\u520a\u300b<\/em>\u2019s list of the best new restaurants in Texas after its opening in Midtown in July 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Emily\u2019s prior experience includes stints at acclaimed Houston restaurants Georgia James and Bludorn, where she honed her skills as a pastry line cook.
