His culinary career began cooking at 13 Gobbi in Florence, Italy, and continued with stints working at the iconic Napa Valley restaurant The French Laundry and staging at Copenhagen, Denmark\u2019s legendary restaurant Noma. Fink opened Emmer &amp; Rye in 2015 and was named one of <em>\u7f8e\u98df\u8207\u7f8e\u9152<\/em>\u2019s Best New Chefs in 2016.
