Educated in France and traveling throughout Europe, South America, and Asia, he spent years training with spice mentor Olivier Roellinger as well as Daniel Boulud before founding La Bo\u00eete in NYC.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">New York-based La Bo\u00eete is a global spice brand for professional chefs,\u00a0culinary enthusiasts,\u00a0and home cooks featuring\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">single and crafted spice blends sourced from the highest quality farmers and producers from around\u00a0the world.
