Katami餐厅主厨堀内学（Manabu “Hori” Horiuchi）与LFG餐饮创意总监Seth Siegel-Gardner再度携手，共同打造一场私密而富有创意的晚宴，为南方烟熏基金会（Southern Smoke Foundation）筹款。这场特别的晚宴将以Katami餐厅对鱼类和食材的精准把控（日式烹饪技法）与Milton's & Lee餐厅现代而充满趣味的意式料理相结合，共同演绎意式美式圣诞传统——七鱼宴。仅限30位！

Join us in 2026 for the ‘unofficial kick-off to the summer,’ a spectacular weekend of premier epicurean adventures at the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen! This leading culinary event which has been a must-visit experience for four decades consists of three incredible days of cooking demonstrations, wine & spirit tastings, and panel discussions led by world-class chefs and beverage experts. In 2026, Food & Wine will continue its efforts to raise funds and awareness for culinary causes with Food & Wine Gives. Food & Wine will donate a portion of net proceeds to charity partners, No Kid Hungry and Southern Smoke Foundation.
