「在你身後」經典賽將於2026年5月4日重返北卡羅來納州卡里市的麥格雷戈唐斯鄉村俱樂部，我們將帶來更精彩的揮桿、更多好友的參與以及更大的影響力。本次活動由Videri巧克力工廠的Sam Ratto、(ish)熟食店的Matt Fern和Longleaf Swine的Adam Cunningham聯合舉辦，這場充滿正能量的高爾夫盛會旨在支持南方煙霧基金會的“在你身後”心理健康項目及其在北卡羅來納州的拓展。.
2026 年「在你身後」經典賽即將拉開序幕，屆時將有 120 名球員、30 支隊伍參賽，共同的目標是：向那些為我們提供食物、能量和靈感的人們致敬。帶上你的球桿，我們全力支持你！.

南方煙燻酒 2026 年裝瓶
Southern Smoke Decanted 將眾多釀酒師、廚師和支持者聚集在一起，共同度過了一個難忘的下午，品嚐了美酒佳餚，更展現了慷慨精神，籌集到了令人矚目的善款。 $160萬 為了支持全國各地的餐飲從業人員，從品鑑環節到氣氛熱烈的現場拍賣，現場座無虛席，人們以實際行動表達了對行業的支持。每一杯酒、每一份競拍牌的收益都將直接用於南方煙熏基金會（Southern Smoke Foundation）的使命：為身處困境的餐飲從業人員提供緊急救助資金和心理健康資源。這有力地證明了，當這個行業團結一心時，能夠創造多麼巨大的力量。.

Just a few reasons why the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen is one of the premiere food and beverage events of the year. Join us on top of Aspen mountain for a walk-around tasting featuring F&W Best New Chefs from past to present! Hosted by FOOD & WINE Editor-In-Chief Hunter Lewis and F&W Best New Chef Alum and Southern Smoke Foundation founder Chris Shepherd, guests will enjoy an outdoor cookout with delicious grilled bites and premium beverages. Thank you to Food & Wine for making Southern Smoke Foundation one of the charity beneficiaries of the Classic, along with No Kid Hungry.
