「在你身後」經典賽將於2026年5月4日重返北卡羅來納州卡里市的麥格雷戈唐斯鄉村俱樂部，我們將帶來更精彩的揮桿、更多好友的參與以及更大的影響力。本次活動由Videri巧克力工廠的Sam Ratto、(ish)熟食店的Matt Fern和Longleaf Swine的Adam Cunningham聯合舉辦，這場充滿正能量的高爾夫盛會旨在支持南方煙霧基金會的“在你身後”心理健康項目及其在北卡羅來納州的拓展。.

南方煙燻酒，2026 年裝瓶
Southern Smoke Decanted 將眾多釀酒師、廚師和支持者聚集在一起，共同度過了一個難忘的下午，品嚐了美酒佳餚，更展現了慷慨精神，籌集到了令人矚目的善款。 $160萬 為了支持全國各地的餐飲從業人員，從品鑑環節到氣氛熱烈的現場拍賣，現場座無虛席，人們以實際行動表達了對行業的支持。每一杯酒、每一份競拍牌的收益都將直接用於南方煙熏基金會（Southern Smoke Foundation）的使命：為身處困境的餐飲從業人員提供緊急救助資金和心理健康資源。這有力地證明了，當這個行業團結一心時，能夠創造多麼巨大的力量。.

We have teamed up with Euphoria to bring SSF founder Chris Shepherd to Greenville to collaborate with Chef Michael Kramer of JIANNA for an unforgettable evening.
Guests will enjoy a carefully crafted menu while making a meaningful impact on the lives of the hard-working individuals who bring flavor and joy to our dining experiences. The talented lineup will share stories of their journeys in the hospitality industry, emphasizing how food and wine serve as the threads that weave communities together and how important it is to support our hospitality community. As you create memorable connections & experiences, your glass will be filled with perfectly paired wines from our local urban winery, Carter Family Wines.
$35 from every ticket purchased will directly support the hospitality industry through the Southern Smoke Foundation. We thank you for your generosity.
