Saigon Pagolac was established in Houston in 1989 by Long Pham and is now co-owned by his daughter, Jacklyn Pham. Long’s dream was to open a traditional style Vietnamese restaurant specializing in Seven Courses of Beef. Jacklyn has been able to extend the diversity of clientele by showcasing this style of Vietnamese food.
