¡Hemos estado bebiendo vino rosado con algunos de nuestros chefs favoritos desde 2016! Nuestra fiesta temática favorita está de vuelta con Respeta el Rosado: Corre por los Rosados, presentado por Lexus, en Brennan's of Houston el sábado 29 de junio. Algunos de nuestros chefs favoritos colaborarán en un espectáculo de varios platos mejorado aún más con una selección de vinos rosados y otros vinos de primera clase de nuestros productores favoritos.

Nationwide
May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and we’re calling our supporters to help SSF continue to provide F+B workers across the country access to no-cost counseling. Join us in raising a “Million for Mental Health”—and letting the F+B community know we’re behind them. Every donation leads to the kinds of conversation, clarity, and relief that help a vital industry refill its cup.

Inspired by SSF Founder and Chef Chris Shepherd, James Beard Award Semifinalist Chef Felipe Riccio created a Southern Smoke Pizza featuring a Calabrian chili red sauce topped with mozzarella, roasted cremini mushrooms and Schiacchiata Picante. For the month of May, Rosie Cannonball will donate $2 for every pizza sold to support the Million for Mental Health campaign

The non-alcoholic beverage, made with tea, Herbes de Province, vanilla syrup, and black walnut bitters, will be offered through the month of May in support of SSF’s Behind You program.
