Taylor Graham

Case Manager

Case Manager Taylor grew up in and around restaurants, forming a love for the industry at a young age, and started working in restaurants in high school, nearly a decade ago. Knowing she wanted to help people and make a difference, Taylor pursued a degree in social work from the University of Wyoming and spent time volunteering at local food pantries and with non-profit organizations in town. It wasn’t until moving to Charleston, South Carolina that she learned how her unique skill set would prepare her for a role as a program coordinator with Pay It Forward Charleston. Driven by the opportunity to give back to a community similar to the one that raised her, Taylor excels at the work of meeting people where they are at in life, and whether at an individual or a community level, providing meaningful support. Taylor transitioned to a case manager position with Southern Smoke Foundation in 2024, remaining in Charleston to support a smooth transition of service to the food and beverage professionals of South Carolina.
