Southern Smoke Decanted 2025

We raised an incredible $1.2 million at Southern Smoke Decanted 2025! We ate, we drank, we raised our paddles—and most importantly, we showed up for the food and beverage industry in a big way.

Mark your calendars: Southern Smoke Decanted 2026 is set for March 28 at our stunning new home, Lott Hall in Hermann Park. We can’t wait to do it all over again! Cheers! 🥂

Our favorite theme party made a totally tubular comeback! On May 17, we threw it back to the ’80s for an unforgettable Under the Sea Prom bash benefitting Southern Smoke Foundation. With an incredible collaborative dinner by chefs Andy Ticer, Michael Hudman, Stephen Stryjewski, Chris Shepherd, Ryan Prewitt, and Brennan’s of Houston—plus a stellar lineup of rosés and wines—guests were treated to a night of delicious nostalgia. Thanks to your support, we raised an amazing $85,000 to support our mission!
