On Thursday, January 30, Tom Colicchio is reviving a bygone, dining tradition and hosting a one-night only Beefsteak banquet in the Craft New York dining room.

The menu, a no-frills celebration of his favorite cuts and beef-friendly accoutrements, will be served in three, communal courses, to our room of apron-clad guests, alongside free-flowing bourbon from King’s County Distillery, local brews from Transmitter Brewing, craft spirits from Suntory Global + select California wine features. Silverware will be provided, but is entirely optional!
