Southern Smoke Festival 2024, presented by Alaska Seafood, raised $1.5 million for the food and beverage community. Starting on Monday, September 11, join some of Houston’s best chefs cooking their version of a classic bar steak night in the Johnny’s Gold Brick parking lot. $30 gets you a steak and a potato or potato equivalent! Plus specials on steak house martinis from the JGB bar crew. All Steak proceeds go to support Southern Smoke Foundation. Kicking it off on September 11 is fan favorite Lucas McKinney, head chef of the newly opened Josephine’s. Notes: these are first come first served. Service starts at 6:00 or a little earlier and they will sell out FAST! Last year on average they sold out (100ish steaks) in under 90 min. Mark your calendar and get ready to party!
